Surf Expo is a Trade Only event featuring more than 2,600 booths of apparel and hardgoods and a full line-up of special events, including fashion shows, annual awards ceremonies, and demos.

Q. What are the dates of your upcoming shows?
A. Surf Expo is: September 10-12, 2015. Board Demo Day is on September 9th, 2015 from 11am to 4pm.
Q. What are the show hours for September 2015?
A. Board Demo Day: Wednesday, September 9, 11am to 4pm at Aktion Parks / Orlando Watersports Complex.
Surf Expo Tradeshow:
Thursday, September 10, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, September 11, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 12, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Q. Can I bring a minor into the show?
A. Minors are allowed to attend Surf Expo only under specific circumstances.
Q. Is childcare available at the show?
A. No. Quality childcare nearby the convention center is available from providers recommended by the Orange County Visitors’ Bureau. Strollers are not permitted on the show floor at Surf Expo.
Q. I’m traveling internationally to Surf Expo, where can I request an invitation request for an international visa?
A. After completing the regular registration process, you will have the opportunity to complete the Invitation Request for International Visa for a letter from Surf Expo in support of your participation in our show.
No one under the age of 16 is allowed at Surf Expo.
However, the show does recognize certain situations and can make some exceptions to this rule.
Shop owner’s children. We realize that many small shops are family run stores. The children will someday own & run the business. You may request a badge for those children who are aged 12 -15 years old.
Nursing Mother. If the owner of the shop is a nursing mother and the child is less than one year old, a request may be made.
Medical reason. In certain situations a badge may be granted.
Buyer Minor exception requests can be submitted anytime, but must be received no later than August 14, 2015. Requests made after this will not be accepted, nor will any on-site requests be granted. To submit a request for an exception to the policy click here.
No Strollers are allowed on the show floor.
If, for any reason, the child must be removed from the show floor, any associated costs will be the sole responsibility of the parent, guardian, or exhibitor.
Buyer Guest Policy: There are no Minor Buyer Guests.
Industry Guest Policy: There are no Minor Industry Guests.
